My story
My name is Maria Helena - your companion into the depths of your feminine power and intuition.
In today's fast-paced and often demanding world, I long to create a space for you to calm down, discover yourself and unleash your inner strength. My own journey - from the well-established paths of industrial engineering and fashion & design management to the challenges of professional life and deep personal crisis - has led me to my true calling: To accompany and empower women in all phases of life and transitions. I am passionate about supporting women to come into their full power - be it in everyday life, in a professional environment or during important life transitions such as menarche, birth and the time afterwards, as well as menopause. These unique phases in a woman's life are not only challenges, but also incredible opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Through my training and experience in yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, breathwork and much more, I have learned how powerful and healing it is when we view and nurture our body and mind as one. I have studied the specific needs and potentials of women in depth and therefore not only offer support in the form of individual sessions, workshops and retreats, but also as a doula to accompany the magical time of pregnancy and birth. My deep understanding of the cycles of life and the wisdom of our female body allows me to support you individually. Together we can explore rituals and practices that nourish you, strengthen your resilience and empower you in your essence as a woman. Whether it's taking your place in your professional life, finding your inner peace in everyday life or consciously and powerfully shaping life's transitions - I am at your side. In my work, I feel deeply called to open the space for healing, growth and the unfolding of your true power. My high sensitivity enables me to feel deeply with you and to be a guide who lovingly supports you in recognizing and expanding your own boundaries.
